Tip for Food Cravings

I'm trying to get into shape, but due to my ADD I am pretty impulsive and often have intense cravings. Sometimes I can feel that I am physically full, yet I still crave the stimulation of foods like ice cream, doritos, cookies, etc.

Tip to take care of Food stimulation cravings:
Put something spicy like Chili Paste on your dishes. I like spicy stuff, and it gives my system lots of stimulation and I guess uses up the chemicals associated with the food stimulation desire.

I use Sambal Oelek, a fresh chili paste that you can get in an asian market. You could make your own, or find something similar at a standard grocery store.
